RUN Form SRN For Form 5
RUN ( Reserve Unique Name ) is form towards making application for Limited Liability Partnership name reservation. In RUN Form LLP can given upto two desired proposed name of LLP. There is no requirement of DSC for filing RUN Form. Once RUN form is approved , firm will get SRN Number. This SRN number is required to be mentioned in LLP Form 5. Form will auto prefill and loaded name approved by MCA.
