Order for Withdrawal of Pending VAT Assessment is passed on 01.03.2019. For effective utilization of Manpower for disposal of pending work under Maharashtra VAT Act & Central Sales Tax Act. Department had given recommendation for Withdrawal of pending VAT & CST Act.

  • Maharashtra Value Added Tax Criteria for Withdrawal ( On basis of probable Revenue involved ) of Assessment Proceeding Scheme  2018.
  • Maharashtra Value Added Tax Criteria for withdrawal of Assessment Proceedings Scheme 2019.

The Committee has recommended a list of dealers and period Annexure List for withdrawal of Assessment.
