Network Diagram For OSP DOT License

OSP/DOT Registration is license issued by Department of Telecommunication. This License is issued under Guide Lines of  New Telecom Policy (NTP) 1999. For tele-banking, telemedicine, tele-education, tele-trading, e-commerce, call centre, network operation centre and other IT Enabled Services, using telecom resources are termed as “Other Service Providers” (OSP). Network Diagram For OSP Dot License is required. Under this network diagram , company need to explain mandatory points as required for DOT Department. Network Diagram for OSP DOT license need to be submitted to DOT.

Basic Conditions for Network Diagram OSP Registration

• Company or Limited Liability Partnership Firm Can only apply
• OSP Shall take services of Telecom from Registered Vendors only
• Submit network diagram to Department of Telecommunication
• Take Internet services from Registered ISP
• Provide declaration as per legal provisions

Legal provision For Network Diagram of OSP DOT

As per All Registered OSPs are required to immediately comply with Clause 1(2) of Chapter III of the OSP T & C order dt. 5/8/2008 , every OSP Registered holder Company/LLP need to submit Network diagram. By using login id and password companies need to update Network diagram information.

“All Registered OSPs are required to immediately comply with Clause 4(ii) of Chapter II of the OSP T & Corder dt. 5/8/2008 by submitting the consecutive 3 years Annual Returns in the prescribed Performi.e Annexure III, else necessary steps are being taken for placing the non complying OSPs in the Dormant list, and the Registration will be cancelled after keeping them for two years in the Dormant List.”
